My dear,
I just for you from my side
you know we are too far away from each others
but our hearts and souls are in touch
with great love
if I am at your place you will be mine forever and ever

I really like the idea of the image and the overall aspect of it. The color is great, and the cones are lined up seemingly perfectly to a relatively untrained eye. Also, the shadow of the cones really attracts a viewer's eye.
While I admire the simplicity of this image and how it attributes to the impact of the image overall, I think that there could have been maybe more of a background of maybe just some other color in the background. Maybe a very faint touch of blue to hint at the veins and arteries in the heart...maybe.
Overall though, this is a really good image and idea and I personally really like it.

I've got to say, that I kinda agree with Ryan on this. There's not really all that much going on. I could see where you'd think that this was something interesting to try out... I know that I've made things in 3D programs that were just tests, but I still thought looked cool (cube made of spheres with light in the center... whaaaaaaaaat.) Anyway, I can see the interest that you'd have in producing this... looking at the raytracing and caustics apparent in the materials. Getting a clear material to look right in a 3D program is really hard, so I commend you on being able to achieve that effect this well.

Nice work, but it seems to be missing a background... a meaning for being.

I love the color and the shininess of the tubes. And the reflections are always awesome. :D
